Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on June 13, 2022 at 5:00 PM located at City Hall Council Chambers, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

6.1.

Discuss, consider and possible action on a request from Amherst Company, to close W Live Oak between N. Gazze St. and San Antonio St, including the southern half of San Antonio Street to W. Live Oak St.

6.3.

Discuss, consider and possible action on request from David Danish to draw from the Cemetery fund for irrigation, etc.

6.4.

Discuss, consider and possible action on a request to close streets for the June 17, 2022 Art of Entertainment Event.

Requested street closures for The Art of Entertainment Event—Friday, 06/17/22 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
 N. E. Railroad Avenue behind the 200 Block of E. Main Street up to and along  S. Gonzales to E. Main Street, then from that intersection to in front of the Cuero Public Library; 
 Fire trucks exiting onto E. Main should not be interrupted

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2022-13, awarding a contract for engineering services for 2022 TxCDBG-Downtown Revitalization/Main Street Grant Program (DRP/MS).

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2022-14, determining that an area of the downtown contains conditions that are detrimental to the community and constitute a slum and blighted area for the 2022 Downtown Revitalization Program grant application

Discuss, consider, and possible action on Resolution No. 2022-15, authorizing the submission of an application to the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program-2022 Downtown Revitalization Program and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager as authorized representatives
