Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on June 10, 2019 at 5:15 PM located at: City Hall Council Chambers, 212 E. Main Street, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

Discuss consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2019-13, contract with Cuero ISD for School Resource Officers for the year 2019-2020

6.2.

Discuss consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2019-14, Memorandum of Understanding between DeWitt County Drainage District No. 1, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and City of Cuero, designed to provide citizens with mechanism to report illegal dumping that affects surface waters of Texas.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2019-15, for a Trademark License for use in the "Don't Mess With Texas Water" program.

Second reading of an ordinance

7.1.

Discuss consider and possible action on the second and final reading of Ordinance No. 2019-10, amending the Code of Ordinances Title VI, Chapter 6, fire Prevention and Protection, Article 6.02, Section 6.02.001 Fire Marshal adding Article 6.021 Fire Chief.
