Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on April 4, 2022 at 12:00 Noon, located at City Hall Council Chambers, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

Call to order and announce a quorum is present


2.

Executive Session

2.1.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 551.074 CHAPTER 551, TITLE 5 OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE. Executive Session items may be discussed and acted upon, if appropriate, in open session

Personnel Matters under Section 551.074 Texas Govt. Code.

                      A.    Discuss, Consider, and Deliberate the Evaluation of the City Manager.

Reconvene into open session.

3.1.

Reconvene Public Meeting To Take Necessary Action, If Any On Any Matter Discussed In Executive Session In Section A Above, Regarding The Evaluation Of The City Manager.

Personnel Matters under Section 551.074 Texas Govt. Code.

                        A.   Discuss, Consider, and Deliberate the Evaluation of the City Manager.

Discuss, consider and possible action on naming the walk through at 123 E. Main St.

The City Council may convene into executive (closed) session in accordance with the Texas Government Code when necessary and legally justified.
