Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on January 9, 2023 at 5:00 PM, located at City Hall Council Chambers, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 551.086, TITLE 5, TEXAS GOVERNMENT  CODE.

  1. Certain Public Power Utilities: Competitive Matters( Sec. 551.086 Tex. Govt. Code):  

                  a. Consider/deliberate/ and possible action on  the City of Cuero exercising its Customer Supply Option (CSO) under the terms of the contract         held with the  Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA).

Reconvene into open session.

  1. Reconvene public meeting to take necessary action, if any, on matters discussed in executive session in Item 11 above.

Adjourn




The City Council may convene into executive (closed) session in accordance with the Texas Government Code when necessary and legally justified.
